PRICING: Tickets START at $25-$40 (+ processing fees) per person
(Starting Price subject to Change based on the Event. Price will raise as event is closer to being sold out - Ticket prices raise more than once)
- We cannot give a total price quote on birthday packages as it would depend on what the ticket price is at the time you purchase tickets. As it is subject to change, as mentioned above, the total would depend on the price listed on your personalized webpage when you decide to complete your purchase.
- There are NO additional 'package fees' for a package other than the ticket price (+ processing fees) and the amount of purchased tickets required for each package...but there are Optional upgrade offers at an additional cost should you want to reserve the VIP Sofa Area or Bottle Service.

After You Have Purchased Your Admission Tickets, you can make an additional payment to reserve a VIP Area either on the Outdoors 3rd Floor or to reserve the VIP Sofa Area Indoors. - Seating is not guaranteed for everyone in your group at once, but all will have access.

Outdoor Seating consists of 4-6 Outdoor Seats.
3rd Floor is Weather-Permitting:
If Weather does not allow for 3rd Fl Seating, Guests will be moved to Indoors. There are No Refunds for these changes.

- NO REFUNDS! All tickets are non-refundable; if you choose not to celebrate your birthday on the cruise after tickets are purchased,
you and/or your guests will not receive a refund. All Sales Are Final!
OPTIONS FOR TICKETS: Your personalized webpage will offer an E-Ticket method for ordering tickets:
- E-TICKETS will include processing fees
**Guests may show their e-ticket on their phone or print their e-ticket. It is recommended to have the barcode ready when getting on the line.
PACKAGE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: You are NOT guaranteed any number of tickets tickets must be purchased; they are NOT reserved.
- Birthday Packages are based on the number of tickets purchased through the personalized webpage link we create & email to your attention.
- Each package has a minimum number of tickets that must be purchased to receive that package.
- LESS THAN THE MINIMUM:
**You can still reserve a package even if you have less than the minimum number of guests for the entire package as you are automatically eligible for the Personalized Birthday Webpage & Shout Outs. If you do not reach the minimum, you will not receive the remaining features.
PACKAGE DEADLINE: The minimum number of tickets for a package must be purchased before the event is sold out OR by 12pm the day before the event, whichever comes first. Tickets are first come, first serve.
- You will be notified at this point or when the event is sold out if sooner as to what package you will receive based on the total purchases made through your webpage.
- ADVISE YOUR GUESTS NOT TO WAIT TO PURCHASE TICKETS AS ALL OF OUR EVENTS ARE SOLD OUT IN ADVANCE.
- **If tickets are still on sale after 12pm the day before the event you may still purchase tickets, but they will not be tallied towards your total for the birthday package. Any tickets purchased after 12pm the day before the event, if available, will be counted as a general sale & not towards your package. There is no guarantee that tickets will still be available the day before the event as tickets are likely to be sold out before this date.
BIRTHDAY PERSON ADMISSION:
- You do NOT need to immediately purchase the birthday person's ticket as you will receive a free ticket for the birthday person IF you have at least 15 purchased tickets purchased through your personalized webpage before the final package deadline.
- If you do not reach this minimum amount by the time the event is listed as sold out OR by 12pm the day before the event on the final package deadline, then you will be emailed a link to purchase the birthday person's ticket at the starting price.
- This is only available for the birthday person, not other guests. We have the birthday person's ticket on hold to either be sent to you as a free ticket or to send you a link to purchase the ticket, depending on if you receive a package.
FREE DRINK TICKET:
- The Free Drink Ticket for the Birthday Person will be brought to your table by someone on staff After we set sail. Our door staff will make a note of the birthday person when you arrive and we will have your photo from your personalized birthday webpage, so the staff will be able to locate you on the boat once we set sail to bring you the free drink ticket.
UPDATES ON ATTENDEES THAT HAVE PURCHASED TICKETS FOR YOUR BIRTHDAY:
- Updates are emailed once to twice a week on designated days with an updated list of who has purchased tickets through your webpage to help you keep track of guests. If you do not receive an email for a while, it may be due to no updates on your list. You may email us at events@nypartycruise.com if you would like to follow up on who has purchased but again, we do send updates once to twice a week.
RESERVED TABLE INFO: Harbor Lights Yacht: :: These Reserved Tables ONLY Apply to our Birthday Packages on our Midnight Cruise Dates on the Harbor Lights Yacht ::
- Reserved Table will feature Reserved Signs with the Birthday Person's name, as well as the cake, plates, utensils, & candles, for those with either Package #2 or Package #3, on the table upon arrival. We will email you once packages are finalized to advise if your table will be on the 1st of 2nd Floor.
- Tables will be assigned to either the 1st or 2nd Floor, based on availability, if there is a mix of music on each floor,
OR assigned by your Preference of Music indicated on the form you completed on the Birthday webpage of our website for a reservation, based on availability, if the music will be different on each level. - Reserved Tables DO NOT have seating for your entire party at one time, but everyone in your group will have access to your tables all night
AND will have access to all levels of the yacht all night. - The package provides an Indoors Level Table that will allow for 8 seats.
- 2nd Floor – Indoor Level:
Packages with a 2nd Floor Table allow for Seating for 8 guests total . There is one table per birthday reservation. - 1st Floor - Indoor Level:
Packages with a 1st Floor Table allow for Seating for 8 guests total . There is one table per birthday reservation. - Guests have access to all levels regardless of which level you select or receive for your package.
- You may bring balloons if you have a reserved table, but we ask that you email us at events@nypartycruise.com to advise staff.
- Guests may NOT bring their own food or bottles/beverages.
- We provide the information of how many seats are at your reserved table in advance. We do not provide more seating or extra tables at the event.
- If you are looking for an event with seating for all of your guests, then we suggest chartering a private cruise as the open-to-the-public cruises associated with these birthday packages are not meant to have multiple tables or seating for every guest in attendance…this is a Dance Cruise, not a sit-down dinner type of cruise.
- A Non-Refundable $150 Reservation Payment (+ $20 Gratuity & processing fees) are Paid online in Advance to Secure a VIP Area

BUTTON DOWN or COLLARED SHIRTS ARE PREFERRED FOR GENTLEMEN
Gentlemen are asked to wear a button down &/or collared shirt. T-Shirts are Not Permitted. We will allow polo collared shirts however they may not be baggy or long. A fitted knit sweater (not sweatshirt) will be permitted if neat...NO T-shirts / undershirts / tank tops. Do not wear a shirt, sweater, or jacket that has a Hood.
This is a 'nightclub' style event, dress appropriately.
ABSOLUTELY NO ATHLETIC OR BAGGY ATTIRE.
We ask that guests are dressed neat and overly baggy attire will not be permitted.
BASEBALL HATS ARE NOT PERMITTED
Guests may NOT board with a baseball hat even if they remove their hat at the gate. Guests that arrive with a baseball hat will be asked to leave it in their car or somewhere else, but they may NOT board with a baseball hat, and we cannot take responsibility to hold a baseball hat for any guests. If a guest chooses not to remove their baseball hat or leave it in their car, then they will be denied entrance. Knit hats & bandanas are also not permitted. Guests will not be allowed to board with hats or bandanas held in their purses or bags for other guests.
GENTLEMEN MAY NOT WEAR SHORTS OR CAPRIS
No Shorts or capris of any kind (this includes dress/cargo shorts/capris - absolutely NO shorts or capris). We prefer that gentlemen wear slacks, but jeans will be permitted if neat and not baggy or overly ripped.
We prefer that Gentlemen wear shoes or neat/neutral-color sneakers, such as 'uptowns' that are solid neutral colors such as all black, white, tan, or grey (please do not wear multi-color / biright-color basketball sneakers). Gentlemen may NOT wear sandals or work boots.
Ladies may wear heels OR flat shoes, but please advise heels are Not required. Ladies are also permitted to bring an extra pair of flats with them should they prefer to start their night in heels & change into more comfortable flats later in the evening.
Ladies may not wear hoodies, white t-shirts, athletic, or baggy attire. Ladies may wear shorts however they may not be denim / baggy shorts.

| BAR & CASH BUFFET: There is no menu available as the yacht has a private caterer that supplies new freshly made foods daily. There are no specialty foods on the yacht. |
If you are looking to purchase additional items for your Birthday Party, we have some links from some outside companies that offer Party favors such as glowsticks, sunglasses, and additional items that glow. We have listed some Special Discount banners & links to use on those websites below so that you can receive a discount &/or free items with your Birthday Party orders. Please advise that drinking glasses will not be permitted on the yacht.

The Harbor Lights Yacht will have Either a level with predominantly English Music and a level with predominantly Latin Music OR there will be a mix of Latin & English played throughout each open Level.
